It makes the videos and publishes up to 25 demo pages on your own domain, with a small Powered by DemoBites attribution on the pages, an Update Center and an Explore Center, and 25 minutes of exports a month, with no watermark: the Agentic Recorder, the native recorder and upload, Demo Studio, text to speech in every voice, unlimited demo projects, one workspace for one teammate, and MCP so your agent manages it all. You outgrow it at the 26th demo page, past 25 minutes of generated exports in a month (downloading a recording or an earlier export never counts), or the moment you want Spotlight, analytics, Retake, Pulse, Broadcast, Signals, the Cloud Recorder or Workflows from GitHub. All of that is Grow.

Nobody picks a count up front. Starter publishes 25 demo pages, Grow 250, and Scale has no limit. On Grow, at the 251st demo page the app offers 25 more for $25 a month ($20 a month on annual billing) with one click, as many times as you like, and you remove a pack whenever you want in Manage plan. Starter has no packs: its 26th demo page is the door to Grow. A demo page is a demo you have published on your own pages; demo projects in the Studio are unlimited on every plan and never count.

Localization publishes every Center, demo page and release email in eight languages beyond English: Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, Dutch, and Korean, generated from the same source. Right to left languages are not offered. Enablement Center is the third center, beside the Update Center and the Explore Center: a gated center on our domain where your teams and partners watch briefings behind a magic link, managers see who watched what, and demos and briefings promote to the Update Center when the version ships. Localization is $150 a month and the Enablement Center $100 a month, both on Grow only, switched on or off at any time, and 20 percent off on annual billing ($1,440 and $960 a year). The Enablement Center covers up to 100 unique viewers across active assignments, closing an assignment frees seats; for more, book a walkthrough. Scale includes both.

When one library has to become a different cut for every account, persona and stage, or when your organization needs identity and terms. Scale adds per account streams, persona variants, activation aware cuts built from what each account already uses and watched, SAML and SSO, role based access control, advanced analytics, custom contracts with a security review, a DPA and annual invoicing, and named support with onboarding and an SLA. Both add ons are included and demo pages are unlimited. It is priced per contract, so book a demo and we will scope it together.

Teammates are unlimited and free on every plan, Starter included, so you never buy a seat for someone who builds demos and never pay per view or per visitor. Your price is the plan you pick and the add ons you switch on, never the size of your team or your audience.

They are two different things. A watermark is burned into a rendered video file, and your exports never carry one on any plan, Starter included. The Powered by DemoBites attribution is a small label on the published pages and Centers of Starter, on your own domain. Grow and Scale remove it.

Hosting is included on every plan, with no separate hosting or bandwidth line item. Every demo page gets a hosted link and an embed code, your Update Center and Explore Center are hosted for you and indexable by search engines, and you can always download the clean file and distribute it through your own channels instead.

No. Your Update Center and Explore Center are public branded pages, embeds play anywhere you drop them, and Pulse plays in app with no extra login. Captions are on every plan, as are our voices and text to speech, and you can bring your own ElevenLabs key at no charge.

DemoBites bills through Paddle as the Merchant of Record, monthly or yearly, so Paddle handles your invoice, any applicable VAT or sales tax, and your receipt. You can move between plans, switch an add on on or off, or add and remove packs at any time, and the change prorates with credit for the time you have not used. Starter needs no credit card. Scale is invoiced per contract.
