AnalyticsThe dashboard

The dashboard

The Views & Completion tab is your home base. It rolls up the last 30 days of activity across your workspace and compares it to the 30 days before, so every number comes with a direction.

Reading the dashboard

The dashboard always reflects the last 30 days, there’s no date picker to fiddle with. The funnel, retention curve, and leaderboard can be focused on a single demo, or left workspace-wide for the big picture.

KPI cards & deltas

Three cards headline the page: Total Sessions, Average Completion, and Demos with Views. Each shows the current value, a small sparkline of the trend, and a delta against the previous period, green when it’s up, red when it’s down, so you can see momentum at a glance.

Views over time

A full-width chart plots daily viewing sessions for the current period as a solid line, with the previous 30 days drawn behind it as a faint ghost line. The overlay makes “are we up or down versus last month” obvious without doing any math.

Completion funnel

The funnel shows how viewers fall away as a demo plays: of everyone who started, what share reached 25%, 50%, 75%, and the end. The single biggest drop-offis called out in red, that’s usually the moment worth re-editing.

Demo leaderboard

A sortable table ranks every demo by sessions and average completion, with each demo’s completion shown against the workspace baseline (±). Click any column to re-sort, or click a row to drill into that demo’s own funnel and retention.

Audience retention

The retention curve answers “what fraction is still watching at each point in the video?” A gentle slope means people stay; a cliff marks where you lose them. To keep the read honest, the curve is dimmed with a “needs more views” note until a demo has gathered enough sessions to be reliable.

Per demo drill down

Click a leaderboard row, or pick a demo from the selector above the funnel or retention chart, to scope those views to a single demo. You’ll see that demo’s own funnel, its retention curve, total sessions, and average completion, so you can diagnose one demo in isolation. The KPI cards and views-over-time stay workspace-wide for context.
