What is Analytics?
Analyticsshows you how your audience actually engages with your published Bites, how many people watched, how far they got, where they dropped off, and which Bites pull the most attention. It’s collected automatically, with nothing to install.
Illustrative, your dashboard shows your real workspace numbers.
What is Analytics?
Bites are great at getting watched, Analytics tells you whether they’re landing. Instead of a vanity view count, it focuses on completion and retention: of everyone who pressed play, how many made it to the end, and at what point the rest tuned out. That’s the signal that tells you which demos to double down on and which to re-cut.
What gets tracked
Tracking is automatic for every published Bite, wherever it plays, your hosted player pages, Hubs, your Update Center and Demo Center, embeds on your own site, and Bites surfaced through In-app Pulse. You don’t add a snippet or configure anything.
Sessions & completion
Each viewing session and how far it got (0 to 100%), captured anonymously by default, with no cookies required from your viewers.
Who’s watching (optional)
If your workspace uses SSO for private content, sessions are tied to the signed-in viewer, so you can look up an individual’s history.
Privacy by default: standard tracking is anonymous and session-based. Viewer identity is only attached when your own SSO is in play, and preview/test traffic is excluded automatically.
Where to find it
Open Analyticsfrom the dashboard’s left navigation. Alongside the main Views & Completion dashboard, dedicated Update Center and Demo Center dashboards cover those surfaces, and a standalone Destinations control sits to the right of the view switcher:
The main dashboard, KPIs, trends, funnel, leaderboard, and retention.
A live stream of viewing activity as it happens.
Stream Update Center, Demo Center, and subscriber events to your own webhooks.
Plans & access
The Analytics dashboards are included on Launchand above. On the Free plan the page still opens, you’ll see a preview with sample data and an upgrade prompt, so you know exactly what you’ll get. Destinations, the webhook event stream, is part of Grow and above and is configured by workspace admins. Access is also controlled per member: a workspace admin grants the analytics permission in workspace settings.
