DemoBites pricing is simple: three plans, Starter at $0, Grow at $250 a month and Scale per contract, each including everything in the plan before it. Teammates are free on every plan.
Billing model
Your plan sets which features are unlocked. Demo pages are 25 on Starter, 250 on Grow with packs of 25 beyond that, and unlimited on Scale. There is no per seat pricing, invite as many teammates as you like on any plan, Starter included. Grow bills monthly or yearly, 20 percent off on annual. Payments are processed by Paddle.
Nobody picks a demo page count up front
Starter publishes 25, Grow 250 and Scale has no limit. On Grow, at the 251st Live demo the app offers 25 more for $25 a month ($20 on annual billing) with one click, as many times as you like, and you remove a pack in Manage plan whenever you want. Starter has no packs: its 26th demo page is the door to Grow. Demo projects in the Studio never count, only published demo pages do.

Each plan includes everything in the plan before it:
Starter
$0- Agentic Recorder, native recorder and upload, and unlimited demo projects in the Studio.

- 25 minutes of Full HD MP4 exports a month, no watermark.
- Up to 25 demo pages in an Update Center and Explore Center, on your own domain with a small Powered by DemoBites attribution.

- One teammate and one workspace. Grow and Scale have no limit on either, and no per seat pricing.
Grow
$250/mo, or $200/mo billed yearly- 250 demo pages, then 25 more for $25 a month with one click, as many times as you like, unlimited exports, and no DemoBites attribution on your pages.

Scale
Per contract- Per account streams, a dedicated feed for each account, persona variants and activation aware cuts.
- SAML and SSO, role based access control, advanced analytics.
- Custom contracts with a security review, a DPA and annual invoicing; unlimited demo pages and both add ons included.
- Named support: onboarding, SLA and a named contact.
Add ons Grow, included on Scale
Two add ons sit on top of Grow: the Enablement Center at $100 a month, covering up to 100 unique viewers across active assignments, and Localization at $150 a month. Tick them on the pricing page or in billing settings, and switch them off any time, the change is prorated. Scale includes both. On annual billing every price is 20 percent off: Grow $2,400 a year, packs of demo pages $240, Localization $1,440 and the Enablement Center $960.

Managing your subscription
Manage your plan from the billing page in settings:
Upgrade
Move to a higher plan to unlock more published demos and features. The change takes effect immediately, with prorated billing for the current period.
Downgrade
Move to a lower plan at the end of the current billing period. You'll need to unpublish demos to fit within the new plan's limit.
Cancel
Cancel your subscription. Access continues through the end of the billing period, then the workspace reverts to Starter and anything past 25 demo pages comes down.
Payments are processed by Paddle. Checkout, receipts, and invoices are handled by Paddle, DemoBites never sees your card details.
FAQ
Do unpublished demos count toward my limit?
No. Only demo pages count. Demo projects in the Studio are unlimited on every plan, Starter included.
Is pricing per user?
No. There is no per seat pricing, teammates are free on every plan, Starter included. You pay for the plan and the add ons you switch on.
What happens when I hit my demo page limit?
On Starter, unpublish something or move up to Grow. On Grow the app offers 25 more for $25 a month right there, with one click.
Can I buy extra demo pages?
On Grow, yes: at the 251st demo page the app offers 25 more for $25 a month ($20 on annual billing), one click, as many times as you like, and packs come off in Manage plan. Starter is fixed at 25, its 26th demo page is the door to Grow. Scale is unlimited.
Which plan removes the "Powered by DemoBites" label?
Grow and Scale. On Starter the published pages and Centers carry a small attribution label, on your own domain; exports never carry a watermark on any plan.
Who handles payment and invoices?
Paddle processes all DemoBites payments. Your receipts and invoices come from Paddle.
