DemoBites pricing is simple: pick a plan, publish Bites. Plans map to how many published Bites you need, and teammates are free on every plan.
Billing model
Your plan sets two things: how many Bites you can have published at once, and which features are unlocked. There is no per-seat pricing, invite as many teammates as you like on any plan, including Free. Payments are processed by Paddle.
A Bite is a dollar
Launch is 50 published Bites for $50/month. Grow is 100 for $100/month. Unpublished drafts never count toward your limit, only published Bites do.

Add-on Bite packs Grow only
On the Grow plan you can extend your Bite limit beyond the included 100 with add-on packs. Packs exist only on Grow, Launch is fixed at 50, and Global includes 250 flat.
$25 per 25 Bites
Each pack adds 25 published Bites for $25/month, keeping the dollar-a-Bite math, up to a maximum of 250 total. Need more than 250? That’s Custom territory, talk to sales.

Every workspace starts on Free, no credit card required. It’s a real plan, not a trial:

Unlimited unpublished drafts, only published Bites count.

Your Update Center and Demo Center go live on Free.

Managing your subscription
Manage your plan from the billing page in settings:
Upgrade
Move to a higher plan to unlock more published Bites and features. The change takes effect immediately, with prorated billing for the current period.
Downgrade
Move to a lower plan at the end of the current billing period. You'll need to unpublish Bites to fit within the new plan's limit.
Cancel
Cancel your subscription. Access continues through the end of the billing period, then the workspace reverts to the Free plan and its 8-Bite limit.
Payments are processed by Paddle. Checkout, receipts, and invoices are handled by Paddle, DemoBites never sees your card details.
FAQ
Do unpublished Bites count toward my limit?
No. Only published Bites count. You can have unlimited drafts and unpublished Bites on every plan.
Is pricing per user?
No. There is no per-seat pricing, teammates are free on every plan, including Free. Your plan is priced on published Bites and feature unlocks.
What happens when I hit my Bite limit?
Unpublish something, upgrade, or, on Grow, add a Bite pack. You can't publish new Bites beyond your plan's limit.
Can I buy extra Bites on any plan?
Add-on packs exist only on Grow ($25 per 25, up to 250 total). Launch is fixed at 50 and Global includes 250 flat. Beyond 250, the Custom plan is sized to your catalog.
Which plan removes the "Powered by DemoBites" pill?
Launch and above. On Free, public pages show a quiet attribution pill in the bottom-right corner.
Who handles payment and invoices?
Paddle processes all DemoBites payments. Your receipts and invoices come from Paddle.
