DemoBitesSubscribers & release emails
Let visitors subscribe to your Update Center and email them when you ship — with double opt-in, a full management screen, and a consent record for every address. Available on Grow and Scale.
How visitors subscribe
Your public Update Center carries a subscribe box. The flow is double opt-in:

A visitor enters their email
Right on the public Update Center — no account, no signup form beyond the address.

They receive a confirmation email
The address isn't subscribed yet. DemoBites sends a confirmation link to prove the inbox is real and the request is genuine.

They confirm — and become Active
Only after clicking the confirmation link does the subscriber count as Active and start receiving release emails.
Why double opt-in?It keeps your list clean, protects your sender reputation, and gives every subscription an explicit, provable consent moment — which is exactly what the consent record captures.
Notifying subscribers
Publishing a release never emails anyone by itself. When a release is worth an inbox, hit Notify subscribers to broadcast the release email to your Active list. Sending is always a deliberate, explicit action.

One action broadcasts the release email to every Active subscriber. Publish ten times a week and email only when it matters.
Send history
Each release keeps its send history, so you always know what has been broadcast and when — and what hasn't.
The management screen
The subscriber management screen in the dashboard lists every address with its current state. From there you can:
Filter by state
Narrow the list to Active, Paused, Unsubscribed, Bounced, or Suppressed subscribers.
Act on individual subscribers
Per-subscriber actions let you manage any entry directly from the list.
Export to CSV
Download the list — including each subscriber's GDPR consent record — at any time.
Subscriber states
Every subscriber is in exactly one state, and only Active subscribers receive release emails:

|---|---|
| Active | Confirmed via double opt-in and receiving release emails. |
| Paused (30 / 60 / 90) | Taking a break for a 30-, 60-, or 90-day window instead of unsubscribing outright. No emails during the pause. |
| Unsubscribed | Opted out. Never emailed again unless they subscribe and confirm anew. |
| Bounced | The address bounced, so delivery stopped — protecting your sender reputation. |
| Suppressed | Excluded from all sends regardless of any other state. |
CSV export & consent records
The subscriber list exports to CSV, and every subscriber carries a GDPR consent record: when consent was given and on which surface it was collected. Your compliance story is built in, not bolted on.
Audit-ready by default
Because every subscription passes through double opt-in, each exported row can show exactly when and where the subscriber consented — useful for audits and for proving lawful basis if you ever migrate the list.
Availability
Subscribers — the subscribe flow, release emails, the management screen, and CSV export — is available on Grow and Scale. The Update Center itself exists on every plan.
